Zachary J. Caudill was born to James Caudill and Barbara Covert on January 22, 1989 in
Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Zachary J. Caudill is survived by his father James Caudill of Culver, Indiana, mother Barbara
Caudill of Knox, Indiana, brothers Seth Caudill, Christopher Caudill, and Joshua Caudill of
Culver, Indiana, sisters Jessica (James) Helmke of Argos, Indiana, Brittany Caudill of Culver,
Indiana, and Brandy Caudill of Rochester, Indiana, maternal grandparents, Walter & Nancy
Covert of Culver, Indiana, paternal grandparents, Donnie & Linda Caudill of North Judson,
Indiana.
Visitation will be at the Rochester Church of God, Rochester, Indiana on Friday, December 30,
2011 from 10:00 - 11:30 AM EST. Rev. Larry Piatt will officiate the services at 11:30 AM.
Interment will follow at 3:00pm at the Burr Oak Cemetery in Culver, Indiana.
Memorials may be given to the donor's choice of charities.
