Thomas A. Guy II
November 19, 1968 - December 16, 2011

Thomas A. Guy, 43, of Knox, Indiana passed away on Friday, December 16, 2011
at 2:30 pm in Memorial Hospital in South Bend, Indiana.
Tom was the son of Thomas A. Guy Sr and Joyce Mikesell.  He was born
November 19, 1968 in Marshall, Michigan.  He graduated from the Traverse City,
MI High School.  He was a star in track and field, specializing as a champion pole
vaulter.  He was a real sports enthusiast - playing billiards, boating, kayaking, and
golfing.  He especially loved being a father to his two sons.  He was a marketing
rep at Behavioral Health Care in Plymouth.
Tom is survived by his parents - Tom Sr of Eckerman, MI and Joyce Kowatch of
North Fort Myers, FL; sons - Tannor Brooks Alan and Greyson DeMontte Guy of
Knox, IN; sisters Nancy Greene and Angela Garner of Monterey, IN; and
grandmother Violet Mae Mikesell of Plymouth, IN
A Celebration of Tom's life will be held at Wesley United Methodist Church in
Culver. IN on Friday, December 23, 2011 at 11:00AM.  Rev. Larry Saunders and
Dan Huhn will officiate.
Memorials may be given in Tom's memory to the fund set up for his children at the
First National Bank of Monterey.
